How long does it take for my dog to transition to The Pets Table?

Most dogs transition to our food within 7 days. Please follow the gradual transition plan in your personalized feeding guide to make sure your pup has a smooth experience!

Are your recipes complete and balanced for all life stages according to AAFCO?

Yes, all our recipes are developed with a Board-Certified Veterinary Nutritionist® to meet or exceed AAFCO standards for all life stages. We use ingredients that naturally provide essential nutrients, and we add vitamins and minerals to ensure complete, balanced nutrition in every batch.

What if my dog doesn’t like it?

We think your furry friend will love our recipes, but if you are unhappy with our trial box for any reason, contact our customer service team and we’ll either credit your account or give you your money back — your choice. This is available up to 30 days after the delivery of your trial box.

How does the trial box work?

Take our quiz, and we’ll personalize a meal plan that best suits your pooch. Choose your recipes, and then... sit back and relax! We’ll send a trial box with 2 weeks of wholesome food right to your door. After your 2 week trial, you'll be placed into a new cadence that is dependent on your pup’s calorie intake.

Are your fresh recipes human grade?

Yes, all of the ingredients in our fresh recipes are deemed fit for human consumption. Recipes are gently cooked and then quickly flash-frozen, so there's no need for preservatives.

How does the air-dried product differ from kibble?

Kibble is cooked at extremely high temperatures, and during this process, it loses a lot of its nutritional value. Our gently air-dried product avoids just that! Plus our food is minimally processed and made without fillers or synthetic preservatives.

Why do you use so many dog puns?
